Vail is one of the nicest human beings I’ve had the pleasure of knowing. I’m 54 now, but I have known him and members of his staff (hi Julie) for many decades. Back then, most lawyers would have turned their nose up at me and not have given a young 20-something year old black male, any real respect and consideration however, Vail treated me with the highest level of care and dignity that I could have ever experienced with an attorney. They don’t make them like Vail anymore! He’s honest!

Just got off the phone with Mr. Kaufman. I called him out of the blue for a consultation. He patiently listened to my situation and even took the time to look up my bankruptcy case documents that took place in GA over 10 years ago as well as answer my questions. The information he gave was very helpful, but I was most impressed with his ease and patience.
