Confidentiality is out the window. Isn’t it Rule 37 (20). The rules apply to some but clearly not others. I posted your intimidation tactic in a group of over 1400, boy didn’t we laugh and have a field day.

Amazing Attorneys, very professional, knowledgeable and responsive. Heather Burns and her team (Brooke Lovett Shilo and Lauren Simon Irwin) were my Attorneys in my employment discrimination case.
