Really happy with John Koury from Upper Charles Law Group. I had a tricky issue where my employer was trying to retroactively reduce compensation via a change to my stock option grant. John Koury read through the documents, did any necessary research and then clearly explained the issue to me, my possible options, helped me understand the risks and trade offs, and offered advice about next steps.
