In spite of the very stressful situation I was in, and general negative sentiments about the case, my relationship with Tyack Law firm was a smooth, pleasant, and most importantly honest. Holly Cline initially took on my civil defense case. She did an amazing job at keeping me inform and answering all my questions. Extremely attentive. After Holly found a better opportunity, Jon took over in a smooth transition, honored Holly’s rate, and proceeded the case to finish.
My experience with the Tyack Law Firm was when they handled a dog bite case for me. Jon and the staff did a fantastic job of gathering the information needed, moving the case along, and keeping me informed about its progress. They kept the case from being a stressor in my life while they were negotiating a settlement with the homeowner. They did all the work and if I reached out with a question they responded very timely. The most I had to do was deposit the settlement check. Although an unfortunate incident in my life, I couldn’t be happier with the services provided by everyone there.
