Erin Nielson from Turco Legal was my lawyer for over two years. It was a rather complex case that involved college expenses, a reduction in my child support, and the affirmation of an emancipated child. Erin is a very confident lawyer with a lot of experience in divorce. She has been exposed to a lot of complex situations, and knows exactly how to handle all kinds of situations. Her familiarity with the Middlesex county judges and her knowledge of college as it relates to child support was extremely valuable. My adversary was primarily a pro-se litigant who was a challenge to work with. Erin was very strategic and patient thorough the process, and navigated me thru the process with exceptional prowess. Because of the COVID epidemic, and a change in judge halfway thru my case, Erin represented me for over a two year span. In my opinion, the biggest benefit that Erin had to offer was her excellent attention to detail and her ability to remember these details over the course of the two year period. I would image that retaining important details, even when you haven’t spoken to your client in over 6 months (due to waiting for trial), is a keen attribute for a great lawyer. I highly recommend Erin for her expertise and attention to details that really matter.
