At some point I have worked with all the lawyers in this firm. They are best in my opinion and have always gone way and above for me over the years.
I’m from the east coast so I really didn’t know how the law works in Montana. Mr.Tipp was able to workout a deal with the prosecutor in my case and got a majority of my time suspended. he even picked me up and dropped me off at the airport when I was ready to go back up there to serve my time. Since my charge was just a misdemeanor and with recent changes to Montana law, I may look at using this firm to get my conviction exonerated in a few years.
