UPDATE: CMS investigated a grievance I filed against the hospital. HMMMM really funny their investigation came up with the EXACT same issues as your people did when they did their opinion, but you decided to go with what your “expert” had to say. Thanks for helping them get away with killing my husband. I won’t be refering anyone to you in fact the exact opposite. I took my case to Mr. Rooth and he got a medical opinion in my favor on just one instance of my husband’s death. Mr Rooth then has another doctor look at it who is affiliated with the hospital the original panel found malpractice and whom at this time currently has 3 active malparactice complaints against him. This doctor formed an opinion based on medical records that were not complete. Due to the 2nd Dr’s opinion Mr. Rooth decided not to pursue. Do you not do your homework on the experts you get your opinions from? I know this firm can do better I researched their track record. Or is it that cases have to be cut and dry not and easy to get a verdict in your favor. FYI: A completely healthy person will die from gangrene when they are not getting the medical care they are seeking.
