Today I called and had a much better experience. They gave the phone to Jacob who was perfectly polite and patient and helpful in his responses. Enough so that I almost feel bad for complaining. I am basically writing this just to apologize for my potentially unwarranted review. If I had responses like this every time I called I would probably have a much better review and would definitely not have a negative one.
