Let me first express that I have not been represented by this law firm. My rating is solely based on my experience with Adrienne who answered the phone to do intake. She had excellent client relations skills, very understanding, very warm, and made me feel like there was still hope even though they were not able to assist me because that’s not the type of cases they take. These are the things that pay attention to and that stick with people.

I called today express my concerns the girl hung up on me while I was talking and never called back I would have liked if she just said she can’t help me.I was referred to this office by another lawyer who said they were good but thanks anyway
