If I could rate 0 I would filed bankruptcy over a year ago and i keep getting a bill from a place, so I emailed the agency get a very rude response
I fully explained our situation and made an appointment with Stanford Law (McMinnville) 3 weeks ago. (Today, August 8) TWO DAYS before our appointment on August 10, they call me to say they are canceling the appointment because “some things have changed in the office and they are no longer taking clients”. I told her, “This is not okay – I would have made an appointment with another attorney three weeks ago had I known this.” She repeated “things have changed in our office so we are canceling.” I said, “But you made a commitment!” She said, “There’s no use arguing we’re no longer taking civil cases”. She said she didn’t want to waste our time if we came in. What? You just wasted 3 weeks of my time while we were waiting on this appointment. I really cannot believe they pulled this on me. I wish I would have known this 3 weeks ago so I could have worked something else out. Calling me TWO DAYS before my long awaited appointment is just not right. Judge for yourself and be careful before you think of doing business with people like this.
Sure would have loved to get the service I paid so much for or some of my money back as promised.. it’s been over 3 yrs and can’t get him to return my phones calls even if I go up there, nothing.
