Currently a very unsatisfied client. Had Mr. Lopez tell me “ he can’t make the at fault parties claims agents do their job”⮉’m sorry but I thought that’s what I hired him for. I had to make several phone calls and threats to find new representation ..just to have an initial conversation about what to expect as this is my first time going through such a traumatic experience. It will be a month next week and I still don’t even have an estimate for my vehicle and apparently it’s my job to hound the third party for answers while I work my 9-5⮮ Big regret hiring them⮮o help just making the entire experience more painful and frustrating
