Thank you, Mark and Popham Law Firm! I appreciate your work on my case. I am very pleased with the outcome. My case happened during COVID. The case took 2.5 years. The pressure applied by the other side was very intense. Mark and Popham Law Firm did an outstanding job representing me, coaching me on the law, and preparation for battle. This was my first real legal engagement. There were times that I was frustrated, hurt, hopeless, and damn near quit. These feelings had nothing to do with Mark’s performance. The legal process can be brutal depending on how much is at risk for the parties involved. I highly recommend this law firm. If you are reading this, good luck on your situation!

This recent encounter was my second time of having to rely on the Popham Law Firm to represent me in legal matters. The first time this was the only firm to agree to represent me, leading me to start thinking that my complaint was weak at best. This time I was in a situation where I had to have legal representation to reach a reasonable solution. In both situations the lawyers I worked with were very patient and made sure to explain everything to me in a way that I could understand. I can be impatient and impulsive, but during both encounters the lawyers at Popham listened to my thoughts and explained how the law works in each of my situations. While this firm isn’t your flashy, outlandish claim making firm, they are worth the money you pay them, and I would put them up against any of the firms that you see on television.
