Cara and everyone at the firm who helped me was great. Answered all my questions and made this process with my case as easy as it could have been.

This was the first visit regarding a motorcycle accident. I immediately received a sarcastic response from Scott O’Sullivan as soon as he felt there was no money to be made! When you are going through an extremely emotional situation, it is very unkind and unnecessary to have to deal with a sarcastic, unprofessional and condescending response from the lawyer (Scott). His response was “So what do you want us to do” His tone was very patronizing. I also knew that Scott would try to say that this review was a response to the firm not taking the case. No Scott, this review was a response to your mean and inappropriate behavior during our meeting. I was also told there were multiple videos of the accident (4-5) ordered none of which were ever produced! No one has the right to belittle someone especially when it is obvious that they are going through a terrible situation. Bottom-line is you are a jerk!

Anna and Eli were awesome. I didn’t know what to expect hit at highway speeds. I referred Anna to a couple friends and was blessed to not have got hit till October. It was scary and nerve wrecking. Anna was able to calm me down jump right in and help arrange things I never thought of. She was definitely my go to and knew all answers. Extremally knowledgeable on all my next steps. Eli was extremely knowledgeable as well. Straight forward and kind. Eli was very professional and knowledge base was extremally high. Calling to check in so I never was wondering what was going on. This team made a misfortune comfortable. I would refer them to anyone!
