Communication with my attorney was non existent. First off he didn’t file his appearance for over a month, I had to leave multiple voicemails to get that done. He would tell me he would call me back and wait until the morning of court to tell me we had to show up to wait another three months. Once I got my deferment he stopped taking my calls and won’t return my materials that he didn’t use. Every time I tried to fire him he basically refused to quit. I really can’t recommend this firm to anyone. I’m sure not all of the attorneys are like this, it seems that they just appointed one guy to handle ALL cases out of Vigo county and he’s overworked. Better communication would have improved my feelings about it. After reading more reviews here I see this is a common problem with Matthew Daley but he appears to go on practicing uncorrected and without reprimand. I still have not received a call about returning my materials and the secretary doesn’t answer for me anymore. It really feels like they are avoiding me for some reason. I may have no choice but to go to the Indiana BAR association about this. I mean what’s so hard about calling me back to return a folder of photos he didn’t even use? Why did I get an evaluation from a psychologist and send in my workplace denials if he was just going to sit on his hands for a year and not even talk to the prosecutor?

Had a 10/10 experience with the Nice Law Firm, specifically Ashley and Jamie. Couldn’t recommend them more. They over delivered and the process was a breeze.

I highly recommend TJ Rethlake, he did a fanstic job. He explained in words I could understand the process of creating a Will & other estate documents to go with it. He was very easy to work with. It was extremely convenient we could do the paperwork remotely except for the final documents. He worked with my schedule which is great. He was very professional & friendly. Overall it was a smooth & and very efficient process. Scott Fleshood, the assistant was professional & nice. Pricing was very reasonable. I am extremely satisfied. I will definetly recommend TJ to my friends & family.
