I worked with Paul Matiasic for my sexual assault case. When I initially came to him I was completely traumatized and a mess. He was kind, sincere and compassionate. He was very realistic about my case, never making false promises, kept me informed each step of the way and always made sure I was comfortable. As a law student, I understand the procedures and laws and knew that he was an expert. Paul turns lawyering into an art. His brilliance, coupled with his wisdom and experience allow him to present your case as a masterpiece, which is what he did for me. I was very proud to have Paul represent me and always felt that he had my best interest in mind, no matter what. I truly believe in his ability to fight for the cases that he does take on, which he chooses carefully, and if there is any chance of winning a case, Paul will find way.
Paul truly is a super lawyer in every sense of the word. I would like to add more details. During a very delicate and complex case this firm communicated, understood the details and what is would take to prevail. While, I understood my position and could have done more to send a message as a survivor. The firm respected my decisions stop at a certain point so I try to recover. However, for those of you that need a higher level of resolution. Attorney Paul Matiasic and his firm will NOT disappoint. We contacted Kelsey F. Morris at The Matiasic Firm about a possible lawsuit. and she was very encouraging, we spoke for almost an hour about the possibilities of our case and left it for her to confer with associates to determine the viability of our case. Several weeks passed and we heard nothing. Then we called and left numerous messages. After several months we finally were able to get her on the phone, she just happened to pick up, she never once returned our calls or emails. She apologized for not getting back and assured us that the case was still active, she just needed to get approval from the partners. That was 4 months ago. It has been almost 6 months since our first contact and they have never once returned any of our calls or emails. I cannot recommend The Matiasic Firm.
