This review is way overdue. However, I couldn’t let any more time pass without leaving my honest and genuine review for my experience with this law firm. Initially things started strong. But after my initial attorney left the firm, it seems like we got lost in the happenings of my case. I was very frustrated after not getting an update so I went to the office directly. There we met with Aleah who was I believe recently promoted ( which in my opinion was one of the best decision the firm made). Aleah immediately jumped into action. She gave us confidence that our case would again move forward. She took complete ownership of the happenings of our case. She even said if something came up to reach out to her on her personal number. This was just the beginning of what I feel would be a long running professional relationship with this firm. Aleah communicated regularly. Went out of her way to ensure we got everything we needed. She made sure that our case was resolved timely from that point on. Even when we got to the point of settlement, she worked with us to make sure we got what we needed how we needed. And we will forever be grateful for the experience she provided to us with this firm. It left us ready and willing to come back (hopefully it will never be necessary again) for the kind of effort and attention given by this firm, specifically Aleah.
