I had such a great experience working with Jeanne to represent me on my DUI case. Prior to working with them I wasted money on another attorney that didn’t do anything for me or my case. They were nice, easy to work with, and very understanding since the first conversation I ever had with them. They actually wanted to help me and didn’t turn me away like other attorneys did because my case was so old and close to going to trial. I got fast responses and they started working on my case as soon as I hired them by reaching out to both the DA and previous attorney to gather all the necessary information before my case went to trial. I was always kept up to date with the case and Jeanne went to everyone of my court hearings and was great with communicating with me after each one (which I was so thankful for because I’m not a California resident) she answered any questions and was great with letting me know what court hearings I did have to show up to. They worked with my financial situation and gave me the best payment plan. My case was resolved in a timely matter and I say this because they completed my case within 5 months and stopped it from going to trial which is something my previous attorney couldn’t do and my case had been going on for close to 2 years already. My dui charge was dropped to something less because they were able to get me the best plea deal. They gave me the best solution I could possibly get. Until this day if I have any questions they’re still willing to help me and that speaks a lot about the type of people they are. They actually care for their clients and take good care of them.
