– This is a debt collector. They will definitely try to mislead you into thinking they are lawyers and that you are speaking to someone with any actual authority or information on your account. You’re not speaking to any attorneys. – When I asked for specific information on my interest and fees and that I did not want to start paying my loan off until I knew exactly what the agreed terms were and when it would be paid off, the man who’d been working with me completely stopped answering my emails or calls. – These are just collections agents that will heavily pressure you. I was told to ask family members, or get in to more debt by using a credit card or applying for a personal loan – all of which seems extremely inappropriate.

I would not only use them again, I would highly recommend them for your personal injury claims. They have a network of caregivers that got me back on my feet and back to work much faster than expected. Trust the process as this is not going to be overnight payment. They are trying to collect a supposed debt from 11 years ago. Attorney General took my state taxes and gave it to them. The man on the phone told me that it doesnt count as a payment.. it was over $800!!
