Phil is awful. He took on my case in April and flat out ignored it for MONTHS until he finally had the balls to send me a letter today saying he doesn’t want to represent me. He wasted my time!! I could have been working with a lawyer who actually wanted to help me instead of being ducked around by this lazy individual. He did not do one. Single. Thing. And all he had to do was send a demand letter. That’s it! Just one letter. But it took him FOUR MONTHS to tell me he can’t send it. Phil is a joke.
