Spent 20 minutes hearing my case only to tell me they’re not taking any new cases, seems like they could have said that before wasting my time. I wouldn’t work with anyone that lies like that, and the staff was rude as well putting me on hold over and over again while in the middle of a conversation.

Misleading and disrespectful to patient/clients needs. They act only based on their ego and financial needs. Accepted our child birth injury case, misguided us to dropping part of our lawsuit with the fake assurance that they were filling on date our case. They have lost the dates and because of that they, after living to us for almost 2 years that they were acting on our behalf, they decided to drop our case for no reason. Now we are left with our child needing assistance, with dates to file cases passed and lost because of their incompetence. Don’t trust fagel Law for anything. Bad people, bad attorneys!

I searched for so long to find the right people to not only to help but represent us in this unfortunate event in our life’s and yes it takes time everything is a process. Not only did we have a positive outcome but they also helped get us a second opinion and find what area of trauma his brain was damaged at birth so we can help him now and get the therapy he needs and right specialist.
