David Concha went above and beyond in representing me on a traffic ticket, ultimately getting the ticket completely dropped. The support staff, Brenda in particular, was very professional and pleasant to work with, making the process seamless. He was nice when he called and got to speak to him for the first time. The receptionist was pleasant also. Sent an email and never responded, he ghosted me.
