They are now the ones not compliant in the agreement they drafted. I have fulfilled everything on my end. They are suing me for this review for libel however everything is true with reciepts. See below where Dan wants me to sign an NDA and ask yourself why a reputable law firm would want an NDA signed by a pro se party. How embarrassing. I am currently representing myself in a case where Jeffrey Blair is opposing counsel he has lost everything for 2 years straight and they continue to waste their clients money. I’ve tried to address the issue with Daniel Miller himself but he seems uninterested and quite happy that he is ripping off his client. Sound counsel where I’m from doesn’t equal losing for almost 2 years straight. Beware they will love your money and they will lose even to pro sei parties.

Save your money. When I first acquired Attorney Miller’s services he was in total agreement that I had been wronged. Once we got to court his attitude changed and he flipped the script on me. Attorney Miller assured me that he would meet me at the courthouse early. Well he showed up moments before going into the courtroom. I was talked down to, and made to feel as if my truth didn’t matter. I feel that I was underrepresented. I could have defended myself and saved a few thousand dollars.

Had this lawyer for custody case. Lawyer was outstanding at first got me more than I expected. When we went back a second time I was assigned this red head who was definitely the worst for the price. Fast forward Covid happened and I was sent to the ocean like most sailors attached to ships. They filed a judge me because I couldn’t give them my card info while deployed. So my new lawyer bill is 25k after paying them well over 20k. DO NOT TRUST THIS LAW FIRM AT ALL. You’ve been warned.
