I am an independent IT consultant and was called in by Patrick Daniel to work in his office at the end of 2022. After two-weeks of effort, I submitted my invoices for the work I completed stating clearly that additional work needed to be done to complete the to-do list Patrick had put together. I summarized and detailed the work I had done, outlined what products he needed to purchase, and presented my summary to his office manager. Within the same week of sending him my invoices and presenting my findings, I was replaced by another consulting firm and my invoices to date have not been paid. I have only received offers to discount my invoices claiming I did not complete the work and that they needed to call another company in to fix what I had done. I was not given the opportunity to fix the issues they claim were wrong only told that Patrick will not pay my invoices for the work I’ve done without a reduction. I have been negotiating now for one month and have been told that they will not pay what is owed and that they need more time. As a small business owner, paying invoices in 30 days is a standard I hold to. My reputation in business is one of my strongest assets. I do excellent work and hold 5-star ratings from over 115 customers! In my opinion, this law firm is refusing to pay for my services as agreed to and has created excuses to try to get me to reduce my hourly rate.

I was disappointed. The money did not come in fast enough to him, and he just dropped the case. I would not go to him, But Tony Garcia was excellent, my friend used Tony.

I had a horrible experience! Mr. Brown took my case on February of 2022 and sent me to physical therapy then he suddenly stopped talking to me 2weeks later. I called multiple times and sent them the requested documents. He then told me to speak with his wife and she would handle my case. Everytime I called for an update his wife would tell me she submitted the claim and is waiting to hear back. Then I find out she is not a lawyer after calling multiple times for an update. If they didn’t want my case why send me to therapy??? So I’ve been ignored for months despite my text and voicemails I left. I understand if you don’t wish to continue a case but you should notify the client especially if you sent them to therapy! Now it’s nearly a year and they still ignore my text and calls. Don’t use him! His wife is very rude and unprofessional and only responds to you if you get ignorant with her. And Mr. Roland Brown is just as bad! You might know the law but you are unprofessional! I could’ve used a different lawyer if you didn’t believe you could win the case.
