Being in a vehicle accident, at no fault of my own was extremely overwleming. Michelle was referred to me by a coworker who also was in a vehicle accident and she came highly reccommended. I had no clue how to go about my situation and contacted Michelle. I explain what happend and she was very honest and upfront with what the outcome would be. She has excellent communication skills, felt she was as vested as I was in my case but most importantly acted with urgency to all of my needs.
