I was referred to this law office with good recommendations for a car accident claim, at the initial consultation over the phone with the secretary everything seem “ok” they asked about the accident and asked me to send an email with pictures of my vehicle and that they would get in contact with me, after one week of not hearing from them I went ahead and contact them to get an update and was told that the attorney has not yet reviewed the case, another week passed and had to contact them again and a secretary with a really bad attitude answered the phone and throughout the whole conversation she was rude and had an attitude, I asked for an update and was told that the attorney was not taking new cases/clients. They wasted two weeks of my time and possible opportunity to get something done about my vehicle. Very bad service (at least over the phone) Waste of time over all. 02/27/23 Initial review was made back at the beginning of January. Now on February 27, I’m getting a response from “owner” saying that they contacted me and things that did not happened, I never asked for the attorney to review my case a second time (that’s slandering), no calls were made to my phone number during that time, I only received a call around mid February that I could not answer and it was from them, nothing that was written on the “owners” response is accurate. Trying to excuse a bad service or making up excuses with lies does not seem to be the right way to represent a law office. Going back to my argument, regardless what they are saying and how they are changing the story, whatever the “owner” wrote on the response does not address the fact that the answer from the receptionist was that the “attorney” was not taking new clients/cases. On regards the time frame they are claiming it was a few days, I have the records of the calls made to that office. Stick to my original opinion of this place, bad service at least over the phone, not very professional, and apparently lying over the internet due to a bad review
