Jonathan make sure I understand each page of 100+ pages at the time closing. Made me feel comfortable and confident while I was signing.

Though The Law Office of Jonathan Richardson did honor their word in the end, my experience was poor due to the lack of communication. 1) The attorney went on vacation and had us working with a clerk. 2) Despite the clerk having had a conversation with the secretary and paralegal and notarizing the wire transfer while we were in office a check was still cut. Not only was a check cut but they failed to inform us our dispersement was available for pick-up. 3) After a voicemail over the weekend and an attempt to contact the office during listed business hours, I failed to receive an answer or return call. 4) I was charged $500 for an encorachment letter, which typically runs $150 at other attorney offices. One issue is understandable. Multiple issues during closing without communication is unacceptable.
