I have been battling for my kids for 13 years now! I was loyal to one attorney by my mistake because I didn’t think anyone else would believe my story, and I knew he knew it. After court case, after court case of making things worse, I decided to change was needed. This is where this law office came in and believe me from the beginning has fought extremely hard for me.We are not finished, but what they’ve done already is amazing work!

I want to start off by saying Deidra is extremely passionate about what she does as well as professional, talented, and most important to us, caring. She took over my case last second when she felt it wasn’t being handled correctly and she absolutely killed it. Once she took over the case communication was constant and reassuring. Her knowledge and passion are invaluable in my opinion and I will be continuing with her as my lawyer and I highly recommend her to everyone, especially those that don’t feel heard.

If there was an option to give a zero star, I would have put it on this review. I have personally looked through all these reviews and thought how impressive this law office must be, how finally someone is standing up for fathers’ rights and willing to fight. Boy were we wrong. It is honestly heartbreaking. We thought we did the right thing, the right amount of research and finally found the perfect attorney to help fight a nasty custody battle. After the original consultation, the attorney who, the father hired, (Robert Hodge) assured him they would fight for him, be there for him. basically, help him fight this battle so he wasn’t alone. Jeremiah paid the full $5200 retainer fee. The mother decided to stop letting him see his son completely at this point. He tried to reach out to see what all he could do. All he was told was to keep trying. A conference was scheduled, we found out through my case. He asked Robert to call him several times during this, and to not use the texting app, which they did not return any phone calls. Come time for the conference day, we hear absolutely nothing but that there was a date set for another conference 4 months out after that and we only found that out through my case as well. (Mind you he is not seeing his kid and there is already a court order in place for visitation) Jeremiah had to call the office several times that day, demanding to talk to someone in charge. Come to find out, Robert Hodge, hadn’t work for the law firm for 3 weeks at that point and nobody let him know AND they had someone go represent him who did not know the severity of his case. Finally, attorney Stephanie called him, promised to call him back Monday because she was so busy, and she would get all the details and figure out what they could do. She in fact did not call him. He just wants to see his son and he has been let down by this so called “fathers’ rights” law office. The lack of Commnication and false advertisement is disappointing, especially for the money that was forked out. If they were too busy for this case, they should have been honest from the beginning. He is just a desperate man that needs help and was let down by so many. It felt like he was robbed of $5200, not able to see his son, and still has nobody on his side.
