We hired Mr. Bell for our litigation case against the city,the builder and reality company . We purchased a new construction home not knowing of the poor workmanship, structural defects and mold. We lose the case against the city. I felt then Mr. Bell didn’t argue our case enough with all of the evidence and fraud we had against the city. We was ordered meditation for the builder and reality company. Six months went by and no communication from Mr. Bell, after numerous email’s and phone calls. I reached out to the courts to find we had a court date for Mr. Bell not responding to the reality company’s attorney. Emailed Mr. Bell to let him no then he responded. Telling me not to worry. We go to court six months later judge asks him what’s his explanation for mediation being ordered over a year ago. He looks at judge and says he has none. Case gets dismissed!! I ask Mr. Bell what happened? He looks at me and says sorry with no remorse. Then he has the audacity to say to me,i don’t think you had a strong case against reality company anyway.After we have spent over $20k in lawyer fees and expert reports in 5 years. Not including all the time spent,pain and suffering living in this house!
