This attorney made many false statements and was TERRIBLE on my case. In my opinion he made many errors and omissions, missed Court deadlines, failed to file proper motions, failed to do important depositions, frequently ignored my communications, failed to follow my instructions and ignored advice from other attorneys.He failed to bring in any live medical expert witness to be at trial(Other attorneys warned him he needed to at least do this) He also permitted Defense to make very malicious and false statements about me in their closing to jury. He never corrected of objected to these at all in his rebuttal! He only had me on the witness stand apx 20 mins the whole trial, then later falsify told the GA BAR that he had me on the stand for 2 hours. I could of showed jury the defendants were fabricating many facts. There were many other serious errors he made. Leipow then fabricates more falsehoods, telling me and the PUBLIC that jurors told him negative things about me after trial. Afterwards, following an ethics complaint and only after being confronted by firm evidence we had, Leipow finally admitted to the GA Bar, that these statements he made were indeed false, that HE NEVER spoke to jurors at all! He still implies all these falsehoods that are still online today. My case was related to being rear-ended by a semi (high speed) on the interstate. Leipow had my case for over 2 years. I got permanent injuries to several cervical joints /discs, yet now Leipow falsely tells public in his responses that it was a “minor accident” and subjective injury. This is pure fabrication.He is aware crash bent the frame on my van (caused over $4600 in property damage) and that OBJECTIVE imaging was done within 3 weeks of wreck! Almost everything Leipow states now in his responses is fabricated and false and only to mislead the public.It’s also may be against client privacy rules to post these falsehoods to the public.This is a very false attorney who seems to not care about any laws or rules. At pretrial and trial ,Judge admonished Lawyer many times, and also struck Leipows statements as falsehoods (“not factual”) many times in front of jury. He was admonished other times for not having SS#’s and other important personal info redacted from my many medical records.He was admonished apx 6-8 times.This attorney also kept all the truckers extensive driving records from Jury ( DUI, 4 recent driving under suspensions,and safety equipment violations.) He also failed to expose at trial Trucker’s license was under suspension on date of this wreck, and he was also driving on tags that had been expired over 2 years prior. He was gentle on Defendants at trial when they were making many false statements , and failed to use evidence we had that would easily of exposed all the false testimony. Leipow allowed the Defense to post my medical records online (against Hippa law) , allowed the defense to attack me & make false statements in their pleadings.I feel this Lawyer was more friendly and communicated more with the Defense , then he did his with own Client. My life was a nightmare the whole time he had my case. In the end. Final Judgement was a tiny amount, a tiny fraction of my true medical bills and lost income and zero for pain/suffering or future surgery.This all happened AFTER Defendant’s Insurance had offered to settle with me for $45,000 BEFORE I had even hired this Lawyer.After Lawyers poor performance and his numerous errors&omissions I only received a total of $9,000 after Verdict. That’s $36,000 LESS than if I would of settled it Myself, WITHOUT a Lawyer, and would of been done 2 years earlier with much less anguish. Leipow before Trial had told me my case was worth $200-500K. I feel this lawyer constantly makes completely false statements, and is very in-effective. This injured party never came anywhere close to being made, “whole again” as injury laws require, all because of this terrible attorney. I would never recommend this firm.
