I had a highly unsatisfactory experience with this firm. The support staff made promises that were not fulfilled, and there was significant staff turnover. The initial attorney assigned to my case assured me of weekly updates, but I had to initiate contact myself and eventually, that attorney left the firm. Despite providing all necessary documents, I was repeatedly asked to resend them, and the staff’s responses made me feel like an inconvenience.
Following my accident, I underwent extensive medical treatment, including surgery and physical therapy. During my recovery, the firm did not reach out to check on my progress. Additionally, there were delays in important communications, such as a fax to UNUM that was not delivered as expected.
The stress of working with the firm exacerbated my condition. Prior to settlement, I requested compensation for the lack of service and was offered an additional $1,000, which I found inadequate given the circumstances. Ultimately, I received less than a quarter of the settlement, while the firm collected substantial fees.
