All of these recent, 5-star reviews are FAKE. Look at the low star reviews to see the TRUTH. Chellei Jimenez is a FRAUD and a SCAM ARTIST. This is a FAKE LAWYER who RIPS OFF POOR PEOPLE. DO NOT HIRE CHELLEI JIMENEZ!!!!!! I am reporting this office to the California Bar and reposting this review on every site I can think of. – Impossible to actually speak with a lawyer directly, always redirected by office staff. – Received multiple bills without ever answering any of our questions. – Given the runaround for SIX MONTHS, ultimately wasted almost an entire calendar year trying to get our legal matter settled with this office. – Given ZERO HELP with complicated legal paperwork, expected to fill it all out ourselves. (Why on earth would we pay a lawyer, then? We could download forms and fill them out without paying someone $2,500.) – When we became suspicious about the constant charges, lack of communication, etc. and asked our loved ones for advice, we were THREATENED BY THIS OFFICE. Accused of “violating client confidentiality” – which we cannot do, because we are the CLIENT. A CLIENT CANNOT VIOLATE CLIENT CONFIDENTIALITY. If you ask for outside opinions, Chellei Jimenez will THREATEN YOU TO KEEP HER FRAUDULENT BUSINESS PRACTICES QUIET. – Threatened with a FURTHER $1,500 charge when we decided to sever our business relationship with this law office – absolutely unprofessional, abysmal behavior. STAY FAR FAR FAR AWAY!!!!!

Chellei was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and compassionate throughout my entire case, she always had my best interests at heart and went above and beyond to ensure a favorable outcome.
