I only gave the John J Driscoll Law Firm one star simply because there wasn’t anything lower to choose from. I agreed to let them represent me in the case of my mother being poisoned by Roundup. My mother struggled for 12 years with non -Hodgkins lymphoma and finally died as a result of it. After 7 years of waiting for the Driscoll Law Firm to get a settlement the settlement finally came in for $58,000 which John J Driscoll Law Firm promptly took $28,000 off the top paid $17,000 to Medicaid and Final settlement for my mother being poisoned to the family was $9,000 less than 8% of the total settlement amount. And they did not give a shit.

Total scam!!!! I wish I had read the reviews! They don’t care about their clients AT ALL!!!!!!! Only about the money & will take all of your settlement regardless of the pain & suffering!!! They’re vial humans & karma will get them, that I pray!!!!!!!

Today feeling quite depressed I called this law firm and didn’t get to the person I called at first .. so I was told I would be called back. I figured oh well ok, I’ll probably be calling them first again. My phone rang shortly after the thoughts and it was a person that wanted to engage with me about my case from the Driscoll Law Firm. I thought this got to be a joke because out of 2 years this has been the first time someone stopped, took time and talked to me in laymen’s term or any terms.. but I decided to keep calling. Today I met Mario from the Driscoll Law Firm, he was soooo very comforting and informative. We both spoke of terrible phone experiences and we appreciated the presence of kindness on each end. I was in tears of happiness from the Kindness of this Gentleman. Thank you Jesus .. there is still some kindness in this World.
