I was in a car accident that was not my fault. I was told that if we settled now or in 6 months from now the amount of money wouldn’t change. Me not knowing any better I said ok. A week or so later I asked if there was nothing else that can be done because my disability was extended and I had hospital bills coming in, ambulance bills coming in. And his reply was why are you on disability, who put you on disability. Even though I gave them all those documents weeks before he knew nothing about my case. 8 months later I’m still on disability, the hospital is calling me for their money, the ambulance is calling for their money, now my disability funds ran out, I have no income coming in. I’m a single father of 3 kids and because I can’t work because of my injuries I’m gonna lose my house. Wish I would have went somewhere else. 👎👎
