Awful ! The lady that answers the phone is uneducated and doesn’t know anything about law. She hung up on me ! They need a new person to answer the phones ASAP because it’s making the company look bad . Awful customer service
Mostly professional and then I stumped them on one question which I expected for the secretary to be unsure of her self. But overall this firm knows what there doing. So I give standing ovation.
Matthew Brinton and his team are excellent. He helped me with a tenant/landlord case. I don’t know what I would have done without him. He was a genuine advocate during one of the toughest, most stressful chapters of my life. He listened to my case and my needs and helped me reach a settlement that is helping me move on with my life. He is professional, intelligent, and incredibly well-informed about tenant law. He has a calm demeanor, intelligence, and integrity. A good guy with good judgment.
