Major hearing, top in the state psychologist, 3 major facts that could have changed the outcome of the decision stated wrong and the attorney just stood there and said nothing! He gracefully excused the states witness which was in agreement with what we were looking to do. Denied! PFA hearing told don’t come. What lawyer tells his client no to come to the hearing? These guys do! Denied! I do not feel that this firm represented my son to the best of their ability! No they were not free! Yes we did pay! So I’m wondering after $5000 why my son was not represented properly! Had to even plea with our lawyer to get the discover. So which side are these guys really working for?

They are very good in manipulating you so that you think they are actually defending you when they are not! Our lawyer was negligent with our case. He allowed the psychologist to make 3 false statements while on the stand without correcting him. Afterwards said it don’t matter. If I would have looked into attorney Herical I would have seen he originally worked for a District Attorneys office in another county. He is not I repeat not a criminal defense lawyer. He may be titled that however behind the scenes seems to me he is doin bare minimal to not be found negligent while assisting in the prosecution. If your looking to help pay to be found guilty then this is the firm for you.
