His partner in Virnig & Gunther PLLC, was also disbarred for misappropriation of funds, when MN Secretary of State shows Gunther was the manager of that firm:

Gunther is now under investigation again by the OLPR, after admitting to allowing the statute of limitations to pass. He also failed to provide any billing statements, and failed to remain in contact for over a year.

Attorney Gunther allowed the statute of limitations to run out without filing my claim, and failed to remain in contact with me for nearly 2 years, costing me thousands of losses in damages and he is now refusing to settle the malpractice claims I have against him, thus requiring me to fight the case in court, costing me more losses and trauma.
