Don’t waste your time , after sending all my medical records and needing shoulder surgery he said i had no case . I was hit by a postal carrier. In the final paragraph of the letter that Sugarman law sent .Sam says it appears that you were working as a mail delivery person at the time of the accident. NO I WAS HIT BY THE POSTAL CARRIER!!!!! Sam never listened to a word I said . He is not ready to take your case to court, just an ambulance chaser.
