I hired this guy for a property right case whereas, I bought property with clear title and he lost a tresspass case. This firm actually lied to me in writhing, misrepresenting me to a court and is just lazy. his one paragraph complaint was a shock to me having 45 years experience in land use case which took three months at that. The defendant made a motion to dismiss which was full of lies so I did a motion in opposing to there motion, emailed to Hal two weeks prior to an appointment where he had time to review and I sign the thing and he confirm he submitted that to court. i had the regulations in it to prevail on that motion. HE NEVER SUBMITTED THE THING TO THE COURT AND LIED AROUND FIVE TIMES IN WRITING. it was like he was helping the other side. Beware of this asshole. I lost my property which I paid for.
