2 1/2 Years ago my life was turned upside-down. I called lawyer after lawyer that never cared to call me back until I called Steven Caya’s office and they got back to me right away. When he said he would take my case it was such a sigh of relief. Steven and his team were there for me every step of the way after my accident and I never felt left out. They always kept me so informed! I’m hoping I will never need them again but if I did I would 100% go back! Thank you all so much for your care and support during such a rough time!!
I had never been in an accident before and thought I might look into hiring an attorney. I contacted Steve and we set up an appointment to discuss my options. I met with Steve and one of his team, Emily. They discussed options, asked all the questions to determine which option would be the best, and were very open about their fee. Hearing them talk about handling the at-fault drivers insurance company, my medical insurance company and everything in between was refreshing. I was scared to do this all by myself and welcomed their assistance, signing our contract on the spot. Steve and team were in constant contact with me and answered every question I asked… even when I felt stupid for asking it. The best thing I ever did was contact Steve. Signed my papers today and picked up my check. This is when the realization kicked in. Had I not hired an attorney, I would be jumping through hoops with the other drivers insurance company, with no knowledge about how it all works and possibly falling for their smallest offer and numerous tactics to make me feel like they really care.
