My experience with Stein Sperling was unfortunately very mediocre. I am valuing their business at 2 stars because all of the work that was discussed and planned did get done in the end like it was supposed to. In the beginning when I first began to build my case, Chrysallis and Vanessa were very kind, professional and helpful. They set the expectations, kept me updated quite often and made me feel very assured that I would be receiving the care I deserve. However, I must note that the transitions that occurred between the team were confusing. Once my case received an offer, my only point of my contact was the litigator, Mr. Aron, as he is the only one who handles cases from there on. I must say he was very straightforward and seemed to have me as the end user in mind. I was hesitant to accept his proposal as the previous team had informed me that the insurance we were up against had a bad reputation for giving out poor offers. I decided to accept the offer without proceeding trail and I’m very happy I did so. I’ll have to mention he offered to negotiate a 10% discount with my treatment services as a courtesy. I did not get it which is perfectly fine but I certainly did not appreciate him having ghosted me when I asked about it. I also did not appreciate him having forcefully insist my mother who is fluent in English have a translator during their discussion. Overall, the firm does try to be great by giving their customers gifts but honestly if every client has to deal with Aron and his subsequent unprofessional behavior, I strongly advise anyone to seek business with a more competent firm.
