I could not recommend Andrew Pardun enough. He made the purchase of our first home in St Petersburg so much easy. We were in Italy while doing everything and he was always INCREDIBLY responsive and available. I also found his fee not that expensive. Very competent and nice to work with. Thank you, Andrew!
