THREE YEARS. It took them three years and two times filing just for them to tell me I had to file a third time. I called and called the office looking for updates only for SOLOMON to tell me there’s no new information and there’s nothing I could do. Then they had the nerve to tell me it was my fault. I guess it was my fault for wasting three years on these losers. Barely returned my calls. Barely did anything for me. Losers

The staff seem conversational and friendly when you’re able to talk to them. It is, however, hard to get in contact with specific people, namely, the consultants. I was working with one of the lawyers on a disability case and the communication was minimal between us even though I called a number of times to get a hold of them. This obviously does not mean that all their staff have this issue, but the specific member I worked (am working with) is worthy of a 2-star review. Edit**: The initial review was worthy of 2-stars. However, the lawyer I’ve been in contact has gradually gotten better about communicating and has been easier to get ahold of in recent weeks. The contact has been helpful in with addressing any questions or concerns I might have around the process. Much better service lately.
