Went to court. We never received anything in the mail we agreed upon. They legally can’t have more information then date of service and who the service is from, otherwise it violates your hippaa.

Changing my review. Started off rocky, and I left a 1 star. And still not out of the woods yet.. Kim was very helpful in getting this resolved.

First off I have spoken with the receptionist twice before I actually tried to find the building and pay my debt. The receptionist didn’t give any indication that the company wasn’t taking walk-in clients at their building. It was very difficult to understand why she didn’t relay that information during the phone conversation. Their site just states that they are monitoring the Novel Coronavirus not they have closed down their whole facility completely beside telephone communications and emails.
