Self serving, disrespectful, unhelpful and condescending. I initially called this law firm to workout a payment plan for past due maintenance fees (which the management firm that hired them was at fault for) and was met with nothing but rebuttals and condescending tones. They were extremely unhelpful and they probably would have made matters worst if I didn’t take the situation into my own hands and pay what was due in full at that moment. Get this….once full payment was received, they sent another letter to my home threatening me to leave and that I was not allowed to stay there. Whoa! Do not hire this company. The management firm that hired them is incompetent. Not sure why I thought their legal team would be any better.
