I was injured at work when I contacted Mr Smith. He went out of his way to come to my home and help me understand my rights. I was amazed at his professionalism, compassion and knowledge. He and his staff were always a call or email away and very responsive. The insurance company tried to cut my weekly disability check amount and he fought to get it corrected and won. They never messed with him or me again after that! Checks were regular, doctors appointments were easily approved, procedures and surgery were set as I needed them, and transportation was provided as needed. I received the best care including, physical therapy, home health care, devices to walk etc, testing and medication. I never paid a dime out of my pocket. I even received reimbursement for mileage. Mr. Smith fought hard when it came to my settlement. He even had the insurance company’s attorney on our side! When the case was finally settled, he got the maximum amount available! You would think that would be the end of that relationship, but not with Mr. Smith. He also helped me apply for disability and I have no doubt in my mind I made the right choice. I have referred a few folks too and he did not disappoint them either. Some attorneys have fancy phone numbers, or endless TV commercials and billboards with cute little songs. Don’t be confused, those attorneys don’t have the time of day to call you back, much less go the extra mile. They only see you as a dollar sign. I’m now on a first name basis with Richard, Stephanie, and the entire staff because they are real people that truly care about you.
