I am writing to formally express my profound dissatisfaction with the legal representation I received from David Slepkow and Slepkow Slepkow & Associates.

During my case, Mr. Slepkow displayed a significant lapse in professional judgment. He advised me that the presiding judge should recuse themselves from my case. However, he inexplicably stated that he was personally prohibited from filing a motion for recusal.

This assertion is both alarming and potentially detrimental to my case.

Furthermore, following my termination of his services, . He contacted me demanding the removal of negative online reviews I had submitted regarding his services. Based on this

Mr. Slepkow engaged in a series of unprofessional and coercive actions in my opinion.

When I refused, he attempted to intimidate me by labeling my truthful and honest assessments as “slanderous.” He subsequently offered a partial refund as an incentive to silence my criticism, a blatant attempt to suppress my first amendment right to express my dissatisfaction with his inadequate representation.

Despite this partial refund, I did not consider the matter resolved as I believe I am entitled to a full refund for the substandard legal services I received. My attempts to rectify this issue were met with further hostility, culminating in Mr. Slepkow filing a false police report against me.

I possess irrefutable evidence to substantiate all of the aforementioned claims.

This guy represented me on 2 separate times. He was mad how things went the first time and took my $5000 to retaliate against me. I’ve been in family court for years, at the end of the day men and women should represent themselves, that way guys like David can’t make backdoor deals against you as he did me. He couldn’t even attain a picture of my 3 year old after being hired twice.

Just did my 3rd closing with Slepkow, always a pleasure to work with these folks. Prompt resonsivness throughout the process and very professional!
