Update: Tom has now beat the insurance company three times on my behalf. When Tom says he isn’t giving up, he means it. Don’t let his mild manner demeanor fool you – he’s a viscous and tenacious street fighter that holds these insurance companies feet to the fire and makes them pay. And he does it the right way with professionalism and class. Tom Bulger is a phenomenal attorney. He has an incredible team that always reaches out to inform me about the details of my case, and are also very professional and helpful whenever I have questions or need clarification. I consider myself very fortunate to have found Tom and his team. The first time I spoke Tom was late on a Friday afternoon after I received bad news from the insurance company. Tom spent about an hour on the phone with me (before I was a client), told me exactly what to do, and more importantly what not to do which coincidentally was what I was about to do. Tom spent a lot of time on my case and had a lot of really good ideas, and with his network was able to build a great appeals case, which resulted in us winning the case. Even after we won my case and I paid Tom his fee (which was very reasonable and well deserved), Tom and his team have continued to proactively stay in contact with me, continued to answer my questions and have dealt with the insurance company on my behalf. Recently we received notice from the insurance company that they had determined that my claim was no longer a valid claim and stopped payment. Tom and his team went to work, determined and demonstrated to the insurance company that they had not taken into consideration a lot of the materials that we sent in, and they once again reversed an adverse judgment in my favor. So he’s taken on the insurance company twice on my behalf and won both times. I was very apprehensive to retain an attorney for my case because I had never needed to retain an attorneys services before this case. I was worried about the fees, and had been told by a lot of people that attorneys screw their clients worse than the insurance company. That certainly was not the case with Tom. He spent a lot of time explaining things to me and gave me a lot of ideas before I even hired him. His fees are very reasonable, and more importantly put him on the same side as me. The case was very complex, with a lot of nuances and rules that I never would have been able to wade through myself. Tom and his team knew exactly what to do to successfully guide my case through the meat grinder and won twice. Tom and his team are true pros. I am very happy that I retained their services, and consider myself very fortunate to be a client of theirs.
