They were professional but not very timely. Was happy with how the case was handled except I had to keep pressuring them to keep things moving. Aware I had a difficult case but even with that it seemed I had to keep things moving personally. It felt like they had more clients than they could handle. Overall was satisfied.

So easy to communicate with and they are so informative throughout the case. I truly recommend them. They are wonderful ❤️

I’m still in an ongoing case that occurred here in Visalia. Though I’ve never met Sheryl Lam in person, she knows her stuff and Stephanie, Lorin and Loc Pham have been very helpful and responsive. The only tough thing is they are down in Santa Ana, so I’ve made several trips down there, but they are good about reimbursing mileage, and Loc Pham is fighting for me and I’ve had good experiences so far. Highly recommended
