Very communicative, but don’t expect to get compensated for loss wages if the insurance company doesn’t want to give anymore money. Your medical bills will get paid but they will also take their cut from your loss wages. Lost 2 months of work due to injuries and only received $1200 after chiropractor and law firm was paid. My chiropractor referred me to them and now I see why. Lesson learned. I will shop for my own attorneys in case of future situations like this.
