Tom Rich is truly GOD sent. When I initially contacted his office, he answered the phone and spoke with me appropriately 30-40 minutes listening to me emotionally share what was going on with my brother. He offered me guidance and allowed me to contact him back for additional information all before he was hired to represent my brother. He kept us abreast of every step of the process and was there to answer the phone (or texting me to inform me of a timeframe in which he would return my call), was open to dialogue and feedback. He worked diligently to ensure that my brother’s case did not fall through the cracks, would inform us immediately of the DA’s offers, and went the extra mile to ensure that the case dismissal was in written form.
